As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a dynamic food and beverage location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and serving as a reassuring presence for employees and visitors. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies for the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility and report findings as required.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following instructions from Allied Universal and site management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
