Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee, PLLC (the “Firm”) is an established and growing full-service law firm with offices in Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The Firm is looking for a Medical Malpractice Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join its medical malpractice defense practice. This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to further develop their skills while strengthening the client relationships that the Firm has built since its founding in 1985
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of medical malpractice or complex litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Washington medical malpractice law preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support partners on medical malpractice and professional liability matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage discovery and work with medical experts
- Practice in state and federal courts
- Collaborate with partners and litigation team members
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+, commensurate with experience and expertise
