The Role
As a Mitigation Technician, you are on the front lines of restoration work. You will assist with emergency response, demolition, drying, cleaning, and jobsite execution while maintaining safety, documentation, and professionalism at all times.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform water mitigation services (extraction, demo, equipment setup)
- Assist with fire and smoke cleaning
- Support mold remediation under containment
- Set and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehus, HEPA)
- Perform controlled demolition (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures (PPE, containment, jobsite cleanliness)
- Take direction from Crew Chiefs and Project Managers
- Maintain professional behavior in customers’ homes
- Document work when required (photos, notes, checklists)

- Be on time
- Strong work ethic — no shortcuts
- Respect for customers, teammates, and property
- Willingness to work long days, nights, or weekends when emergencies hit
- Must follow SOPs and safety standards every time
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in damaged environments
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable attitude
Preferred (but not required)
- Restoration or construction experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) — we help you earn them
- Experience with water losses, demolition, or cleaning
