Hello, Cascades at Galveston in Galveston, TX is actively looking to hire a full-time Floors Technician to specialize in cleaning/maintaining the floors at our facility:
- You will be the resident expert with floor cleaning in all areas of the facility including stripping, cleaning, waxing, etc.
- Clean and perform routine maintenance on floor equipment, requesting assistance from maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate floor care logs and checklists
- Operate all equipment with care and according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Six months' prior commercial floor cleaning/housekeeping experience
- Thorough understanding of floor cleaning chemicals, practices, and machine operation/maintenance
- High School Diploma required
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
