About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Personal Assistant to support a Director.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a step ahead, and is confident managing both business and personal tasks with discretion.

You’ll work primarily from our Kuala Lumpur office, with some flexibility for hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and daily scheduling

Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Prepare travel packs and expense summaries

Business Administration

  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations
  • Follow up on tasks with internal/external stakeholders
  • Conduct research and summarise findings clearly

Personal Assistance

  • Assist with personal errands and appointments
  • Coordinate household/admin matters when required

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as point-of-contact on behalf of the Director
  • Liaise professionally with clients, partners and service provide
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a PA / EA / Coordinator (or similar)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (native-level)
  • Mandarin speaking/reading is an advantage but not compulsory
  • Very strong organisation, planning and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication ability
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Professional, reliable, proactive and resourceful attitude
