Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Director

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Personal Assistant to support a Director.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a step ahead, and is confident managing both business and personal tasks with discretion.
You’ll work primarily from our Kuala Lumpur office, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and daily scheduling
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Prepare travel packs and expense summaries
Business Administration
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations
- Follow up on tasks with internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and summarise findings clearly
Personal Assistance
- Assist with personal errands and appointments
- Coordinate household/admin matters when required
Communication & Liaison
- Act as point-of-contact on behalf of the Director
- Liaise professionally with clients, partners and service provide
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a PA / EA / Coordinator (or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English (native-level)
- Mandarin speaking/reading is an advantage but not compulsory
- Very strong organisation, planning and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication ability
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Professional, reliable, proactive and resourceful attitude
