1. Operations & Site Management
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations and company standards.
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure all sites comply with safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
2. Workforce Management
- Supervise and guide cleaning staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and plan manpower deployment based on operational needs.
3. Logistics & Resource Planning
- Ensure sufficient cleaning tools, chemicals, equipment, and consumables at all job sites.
- Track inventory usage and coordinate replenishments with the procurement team.
- Ensure company assets are maintained, serviced, and used responsibly.
4. Travel & Mobility Responsibilities
- Travel between Kuala Lumpur and Selangor sites daily using personal transport.
- Respond to urgent operational needs or emergencies at different locations.
- Be flexible with working hours depending on operational requirements.
5. Project Planning & New Site Set-Up
- Support new contract mobilization, including manpower planning, equipment setup, and site preparation.
6. Qualification
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in cleaning service
- Own personal transport (car or motorcycle) and valid driving license
- Willing to travel frequently between sites
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
- Good communication skills (Malay and English)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
