Studio Chingy is a custom software development studio. We build tailored software solutions and internal digital products, and we are the parent company behind Flow Butter, our Webflow website development studio.
We’re a small, focused team that values clarity, quality, and thoughtful execution over volume or hype.
The Role
We’re hiring an in-house Web / Digital Designer to join Studio Chingy and work primarily on Flow Butter projects, as well as internal web and software-facing design work.
You’ll work closely with the founders in a small, calm, dog-friendly studio in Desa ParkCity. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a hands-on environment and take real ownership of their work.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Designing and building websites for Flow Butter clients (primarily Webflow)
- Designing the Flow Butter website and visual system:
- Designing Studio Chingy’s own web presence
Front-end / UI design for internal software projects:
Creating clean, functional, portfolio-ready design work
- Collaborating directly with our CTO on design direction, hierarchy, and user experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation and portfolio in web and digital design:
- Able to perform own research for the design (!)
Comfortable working in Figma and/or Webflow:
Able to turn ideas into clear visual outcomes
- Open to feedback and collaborative by nature
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Junior-Mid designers are encouraged if taste and thinking are solid.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Webflow build experience
- Basic understanding of UX/UI for software interfaces
- Experience working in small teams or startups
