An opportunity exists for a Junior Clinical Perfusionist to join the team at Victorian Perfusion Specialists (VPS) in a development role with ongoing support and mentoring to build your skills amongst an experienced team.
VPS is a privately owned organisation that provides reliable 24/7 on-call perfusion services to a variety of hospitals across Melbourne. Our hospitals offer the latest services and facilities throughout the cardiac operating theatres, cardiac catheterisation laboratories, 24x7 Emergency departments and intensive care units.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified by the Australian and New Zealand College of Perfusion (ANZCP) or appropriate equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Adult cardiopulmonary bypass utilising Stockart S5 Heart Lung Machines
- Perioperative autotransfusion
- Intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation
- Venous-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV ECMO)
- Venous-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA ECMO)
- Participation in on-call roster
REMUNERATION:
$125,000 - 150,000 package per annum
