Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate fine arts lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Teach fundamental and advanced artistic skills, techniques, and concepts
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and appreciation of the arts
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Organize student performances, exhibitions, or showcases when applicable
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and materials
- Maintain art supplies, equipment, and classroom organization
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Music Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification/licensure (as required by local or state regulations)
- Demonstrated knowledge of fine arts content and instructional methods
- Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
