Job Title:Cafe Waiter / Waitress
Salary:SAR 2,000 plus FREE room, transport, and 1 duty meal
Location:Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Role Brief:The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and professional table service to guests, ensuring a pleasant coffee shop experience while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Greet guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and present menus in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them clearly to the barista or kitchen team.
- Serve coffee, beverages, and food items promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Clear used dishes and reset tables efficiently to support smooth guest flow.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash or card payments accurately when required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations in line with Saudi standards.
- Work cooperatively with baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with company service standards, grooming policies, and workplace rules.
Qualification:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred (coffee shop or café experience is an advantage).
- Basic communication skills in English are required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
