Job Title: System Engineer

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Hardware) and IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, backups, security, and troubleshooting issues
- Ensure system security, updates, and compliance with IT policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT projects and deployments
- Maintain proper documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a System Engineer or IT Support Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Pay: RO350.000 - RO400.000 per month
