Job Overview
Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Data entry and updating records accurately using Microsoft Office programmes and Google Workspace tools
- Assisting with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting other administrative functions such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating office activities
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff alike
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting administrative functions efficiently
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as required
