About the Role
ChaSha Wembley is hiring enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our tea café. We are looking for Baristas and Customer Service Assistants to support our beverage, snack, and food service operations. Multiple positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, beverages, and café drinks
- Assist with preparation and serving of snacks and light food items
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders, operate the till, and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Replenish stock and support daily café operations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
- Previous barista, café, or food service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Must have the right to work in the UK
