Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive, talented, and dedicated Marketing Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Norwich. This pivotal full-time, permanent role is a superb opportunity for an individual eager to advance their career by taking ownership of key marketing activities and driving digital engagement for the firm.

About the Role

This position focuses on delivering high-impact client care and providing essential support for the firm's overall marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing functions, reporting to the Practice Director, and collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager on our digital marketing strategy and firm-wide initiatives.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties include:

  • Digital Content & Engagement: Creating compelling social media campaigns, managing all social media platforms (scheduling, content development), and monitoring/responding promptly to comments and messages.
  • Campaign Management: Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including end-to-end management of external suppliers, creating high-quality marketing materials, and managing invitations for existing and new contacts.
  • Brand & Design: Taking ownership of the firm's branding, including the creation and update of external materials such as leaflets, banners, and presentation slides.
  • Digital Strategy: Acting as the primary liaison with our external digital marketing partners on strategy implementation, website content updates, SEO performance, and online presence improvements.
  • Internal Marketing: Developing and implementing internal marketing initiatives to promote services and engagement across the organisation.
  • Events: Attending and actively representing the firm at external events and conferences.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Technical Skills: Proven experience and proficiency in design software including Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop).
  • Digital Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing fundamentals, including advertising, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and utilising web analytics.
  • Communication & IT: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Learning & Dedication: A strong drive and dedication to quickly learn the services we offer, understand complex legal terminology, and develop the ability to effectively articulate and sell our services to clients.
  • Soft Skills: A confident, proactive, and dedicated approach with a strong ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, and be an effective team player.

Desirable

  • A degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a dedicated marketing role (1-2 years preferred).
