Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
- Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager
- Ensure safety regulations and quality control compliance
- Manage labor, site records, and basic logistics
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in site supervision
- Experience in high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as required
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.30 per month
Work Location: In person
