Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing and Post-Production
End-to-End Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives through effective pacing, music selection, and sound design.
Color Grading & Sound: Perform professional color correction, grading, and audio mixing/mastering to ensure premium output.
Motion Graphics: Create and integrate basic motion graphics, titles, and transitions to enhance video quality.
Asset Management: Organize and archive all video assets, raw footage, and project files systematically.
Creative Collaboration
Briefing: Work closely with the Social Media and Content teams to understand project objectives and creative visions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content strictly adheres to client brand guidelines and the Leadraft quality standard.
Revisions: Actively participate in the feedback loop, making necessary revisions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Requirements
Deadline Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Weekend Availability: In accordance with company policy, must be available to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays on an urgent basis for critical client requirements, with at least one day's prior notice.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably within a digital media or advertising agency.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of styles (e.g., cinematic, fast-paced social media edits, corporate).
Skills: Deep understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and compression standards for different digital platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
