Responsibilities
- Examine and evaluate items to determine their value
- Offer short-term loans in exchange for items used as collateral
- Buy and sell secondhand goods Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions clearly
- Keep accurate records of transactions and inventory
- Follow local laws and shop policies
- Provide friendly and respectful customer service Maintain a clean and organized shop
