Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Backend / Non‑Sales Executive to support the sales team in the Electrical Panel & Switchgear industry. The role involves handling documentation, quotations, client coordination, and backend operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide backend support to the sales team for electrical panel and switchgear projects.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for order processing, follow‑ups, and status updates.
- Liaise with internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts) for project execution.
- Maintain and update MIS reports, sales data, and CRM records.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support / backend operations (preferably electrical industry).
- Knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, and related products.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
