Basic RM 2,300 - RM 2,700 + Commission + Bonuses
At RumaValet, you consult real property owners on renovation strategies that increase rental income, occupancy speed and property value.
We provide warm leads, structured renovation packages and full project support — you focus on client advisory and closing.
What You Will Do
- Consult property owners on renovation solutions
- Propose renovation packages based on our design catalogue
- Prepare layout suggestions, quotations and cost breakdowns
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with Interior Designers & Project Managers
- Perform basic rental area analysis
- Support handover and post-renovation follow-up
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Interest in property, renovation and interior industry
- Results-driven, responsible and well organised
- Own transport required
