The European activities are managed from the office in Rotterdam. We are looking for a Warehouse Employee who knows how to tackle things. As a warehouse employee you are part of our logistics team, you report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job description

A hard worker who realizes that being able to deliver quickly is important for our customers, and therefore for us. Trade has peaks and valleys. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is picked, packed and shipped on time. Without you everything stands still!

You have experience with logistics and working in a warehouse. You have your forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one, so that you can load and unload. You work accurately because storing products in the wrong location leads to many problems, and customers are simply not happy when they receive unordered products. You understand the importance of working safely and adhere to established rules. You know how to tackle things, understand "the Rotterdam mentality" and function well in a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Check and process the incoming flow of goods
• Store the goods at the correct location
• Order picking based on picking lists
• Prepare orders, check numbers and types of collected goods, report any deviations to those involved and resolve them in consultation
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Perform periodic counts including registration
• Keep the warehouse clean

Requirements:

• 1-3 years relevant warehouse working experience
• Min. MBO education
• In possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to get one)
• Good command of the English and or Dutch language
• Logistically versatile and stress-resistant
• Customer-oriented, without 9-5 mentality
• Collegial and flexible attitude
