About the Role
TMT is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. You’ll start by helping with content posting and editing across multiple platforms, and as you develop, you’ll grow into a consulting role—helping shape strategy, advise clients, and optimize performance.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, branding, and digital marketing who wants hands-on experience and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other platforms
  • Edit short-form content (captions, hooks, light video/photo edits, etc.)
  • Assist with content calendars and campaign organization
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor accounts
  • Engage with audiences (comments, messages, community interaction)
  • Track basic analytics and performance metrics
  • Gradually develop into consulting on strategy and growth for clients

Future Growth (Consulting Path)
As you progress in the role, you will:

  • Advise clients on content strategy & branding
  • Provide feedback and improvement plans for accounts
  • Help plan campaigns and monetization strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube
  • Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc. is a plus)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required
