Join the Team at Point Blank Shooting!
Point Blank Shooting is on the lookout for enthusiastic superstars to join our team! We’re seeking outgoing, hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
About the Role
Your main responsibility will be ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You’ll do this by delivering short, engaging demonstrations that show groups how to use our shooting systems. This includes calibrating the guns and navigating the menu so guests feel confident and ready to play.
- Demo groups of 2-10 guests:
Each demonstration lasts around 5 minutes:
Take food and drink orders during or after demos
- Provide friendly, attentive service throughout the guest experience
Training & Development
You’ll receive full training across all areas of the venue. Once floor and demo training is complete, you’ll progress to bar and kitchen training, giving you a well-rounded skill set and variety in your role.
Hours
- Full-time position:
- 30 hours per week minimum
