Y Seler is a boutique hotel with a real emphasis on quality and premium service offering stunning cocktails and superb food over our 2 restaurants and 3 bars. Our aim is to be different, innovative and experimental and elevate what Aberaeron has to offer.

We are looking for someone who is bright, bubbly and charismatic and has a strong, positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining some of the best crockery in the industry
• Practice excellent time keeping
• General running of the back of house area
• General kitchen porter duties
