• Supervisor_
• As a Supervisor you will be supporting the manager in the day to day operation of the business. You must build relationships with our customers and potential customers and assist in ensuring we are supplying the appropriate goods and services to meet their needs and wants._
• As part of our team you must be customer focused and goal orientated_
• Responsibilities_
• Support the manager in the day to day operation of the business_
• Deliver the best quality standard customer service in the industry_
• Deal with all customers communications in a competent friendly and professional manner_
• Ensure good interaction between employees and management_
• Assist attracting training and retaining your employee team and developing them to their full potential_
• Consider and develop novel and improved ways of carrying out tasks_
• Push for the implementation of company procedures in all business environments_
• Empty Slots, refloat_
• Create staff rota_

• To comply with all company procedures as required_
• Recommend the loyalty program to customers_
• Maintain thorough records and accounts of all operations in the cash desk_

• Experience in supervising a team_
• Ability to provide excellent customer service._
• 5 GCSE or more_
• Good communications skills both orally and written._
• Cash handling experience._
• Experience in the leisure industry_
• Technical experience_
• Experience working with the public_
• Cash handling experience_
• A Supervisor should have retail training or qualification or qualification by experience_
• We expect excellent communications skills confidence and ability to achieve_
