SCURO is not an art class. We are an experience studio, where fun is intentional, hosts are central, and memories last beyond the session.
What you’ll lead and own
- Host birthday parties, art jams, and events with confidence, warmth, and strong presence:
Create experiences where every child feels included, engaged, and part of the SCURO community:
Ensure sessions feel safe, structured, and reassuring for parents
Train, mentor, and uplift party hosts in:
- Engagement and crowd leadership
- Energy, flow, and timing of a session
- Safety, service excellence, and professionalism
- Continuously refine SCURO’s hosting standards
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy leading groups and being “on” in live environments
- Are expressive, energetic, and confident guiding kids
- Can balance fun with structure and calm authority
- Take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality experiences
- Care about building culture, not just running events
Backgrounds that excel at SCURO
- Lead / senior party hosts
- Camp facilitators or program leads
- Kids’ enrichment centre leads
- Children’s theatre or drama facilitators
- Family event emcees
Pay & Work Schedule
$3500-$4000/month (before CPF)
- Off days: Monday and Tuesday
- Public holidays: Working by default, as events usually run on these days (unless otherwise requested)
