About the Program
The Management Trainee - B2C Sales Track at VIFX is designed for individuals who aspire to build a strong career in sales and business development through a structured and accelerated learning path. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering both operational and strategic aspects of B2C sales.
- Conduct direct sales activities using a professional, consultative, and customer-oriented approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their profiles and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business targets.
- Demonstrate initiative, strong learning agility, and leadership potential throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Willing to work full-time, onsite in Jakarta.
