What You’ll Do:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding workforce and hiring needs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (Class of 2025 preferred).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment.
- Good communication skills, well-organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work full-time, WFO in Jakarta (hybrid system).
- Willing to undergo an unpaid internship program.
