Your Role as Customer Support:
Provide helpful and friendly support in GERMAN to customers via phone answering inquiries about products, orders, and services:
Resolve any product-related issues, such as guiding them through setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting steps for Shark or Ninja appliances
Handle various customer requests, including processing orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience:
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
Attractive Salary Package:
- Base salary: from 1300 EUR gross x 14 months
- Fixed project bonus:100 EUR gross / month
- Performance bonus:up to 10% from base salary

- Your monthly gross salary will be between €1,400 and €1,530, plus additional benefits._
What We Expect:
Fluency in German (C2 -native):
Good English skills (at least B2):
Residency in Athens or willing to relocate:
