Contract type: Permanent full-timecontract under Greek labor law
- Working hours:Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 and 23:00 (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, rotational schedule)
- No previous experience required. Paid training is provided at the beginning.
Your responsibilities:
Support German-speaking customers of a major German bank via phone.:
Assist with daily inquiries regarding accounts, online banking, and card payments.
- Provide clear, solution-oriented communication without any cold calling or sales activities.
- Use internal systems and tools to process requests efficiently.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Salary and benefits:
- Base salary:1,300 EUR gross x 14 months
- Language bonus: 50 EUR gross per month
- Welcome bonus:100 EUR gross per month (during the first 12 months)
- Performance bonus: up to 130 EUR gross per month
- Anniversary bonus:500 EUR gross after the first year

Your average monthly salary ranges between 1,450 EUR and 1,580 EUR gross, plus additional benefits.
Requirements:
German at min. C2 level:
Basic English (B1) for internal communication is an advantage but not mandatory
- You live in Athens or are willing to relocate (relocation support is provided, including flight reimbursement and help with accommodation/company apartments)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
