German Speaking Sales Advisor responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing German clients:
Sell product renewals, services, and identify upsell opportunities
- Understand products and client needs to offer the right solutions
- Support customers after purchaseto ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
- Identify and resolve customer issues to maintain long-term relationships
- Build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams
Competitive monthly salary from 1650€ gross / month + extras:
- 1350€ gross/month - base salary
2 extra salaries per year:
Welcome bonus:100€ gross / month -during first 6 months of contract!
Project fixed bonus:200€ gross /month:
up 250€ gross / month performance-based bonus (at 100% achievement) paid quartely:
Daily cash bonus at Mastercard: 0-12 months:3€ net per working day (+, More than 12 months:6€ net per working day
It’s on average 1650€ - 1900€ gross / month + 2 salaries and extras!
What do we expect:
- Fluency in German (C2 - native)
- Good English level (min. strong B2)
Experience in B2B sales is a plus:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs:
