Customer Advisor with Dutch Language - Remote

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

We are looking for a Customer Advisor with Dutch languageto join an international customer service team supporting the Dutch language market. The role combines customer support and sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance.

Work remotely from Greece!

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information using appropriate tools
  • Building long-term customer relationships through effective communication
  • Achieving individual and team targets, including sales and upselling
  • Managing customer accounts, documenting interactions, and following internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Dutch language at min. C2 level:

  • English language at min. B2 level:

  • Sales experience with the ability to generate revenue and upsell:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong communication, active listening, and phone handling skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with adaptability to different customer profiles
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 22:00 (rotational shifts)

Training & Working Conditions:

  • Initial training: 12 days, Monday to Friday, conducted in the English language
  • Academy (nesting period): 3 weeks, on-site
  • Training and nesting fully office-based
  • After nesting, temporary work-from-home may be approved; return to the office may be required at any time
  • WFH requirements: dedicated home office space and internet speed of minimum 8 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload

Salary & Bonuses:

  • Base salary: 1,450 EUR gross per month
  • Monthly performance bonus: up to 10%
  • Additional client bonus based on sales performance

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD:

  • Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300Euros) and transportation from airport (up to 40Euros).
  • Assistance with finding your permanent accommodation.
  • Relocation cash bonus: 100 Euros in Meal voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month.
  • 400Euros loan after 1 month to cover rent expenses. Will be deducted from salary in 4 months.
