About the Project
Support Businesses in the World of Social Media Advertising!
This project supports advertisers on a leading global search and digital advertising platform. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll work with direct clients and agencies, helping them optimize campaigns, grow performance, and achieve their business goals.
If you are an German speaker with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads, this role is a great fit for you.
Your Responsibilities:
Supportadvertisers and agency partners in managing and optimizing their paid social media advertising campaigns:
Provide expert guidance on key areas such as the marketing funnel, pixel implementation, and performance metrics(e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Analyze and troubleshoot campaign issues, offering strategic recommendations based on digital marketing best practices
- Ensure that each advertiser feels confident and supported in growing their business through data-driven advertising solutions
Competitive monthly salary with bonuses:
1400 EUR gross/month - base salary:
400 EUR gross/month - fixed project bonus:
Quarterly sales bonus of 1000 EURyour performance has a direct impact!
- 2 additional salaries per year (+2.800 EUR gross) - 1st in Christmas, half in Easter & half in Summer
- *Daily meal voucher in Up Hellas Mastercard *3 EUR net per day, increasing to 6 EUR net per day after one year

What we expect:
Fluent German (C2 - native speaker):
English at working proficiency level (min B2):
You live in Athens or are ready to relocate (relocation support available)
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising (campaign strategy & performance analysis).:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Account Management, or Inside Sales.:
Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Experience working with advertising agencies is an advantage
