Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring best practices and solution quality;
- Define architecture and support technical decision-making on complex challenges;
- Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions;
- Coordinate development in an agile environment, managing tasks and providing hands-on support when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead;
- Proficiency in Salesforce-related languages and frameworks;
- Experience with back-end and front-end development on the Salesforce platform;
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Knowledge of REST API integrations, Salesforce security models, and platform architecture;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English.
