YardCharts is a small, innovative company building web-based services for the automatic recognition of chart patterns. We help investors in global stock markets and cryptocurrency markets make better-informed decisions through advanced pattern detection tools.Role Overview
- Co-maintain and support the current stock market and cryptocurrency data processing systems for reliability and performance.
- Write and maintain code to integrate APIs from data providers/vendors into our servers.
- Improve and innovate on existing data import code to support a growing number of product features and offerings.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to analyze and refactor the current C backend codebase.
- Develop new, efficient C code for the backend to handle increasing data volumes and complexity.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in C programming (essential for our core backend).
- Solid experience managing Linux/Unix systems.
- Practical programming skills with modules/scripts in Perl, Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with existing team members on systems and development tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 1,400.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
