What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement training programs aimed at improving team skills and knowledge
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback
- Serve as the main communication link between management and team members
- Resolve any issues and escalate as necessary to maintain team morale and efficiency
Requirements:
What qualifications and skills do you need to be successful in this role?
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
- Proven experience in a team leader or similar supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in using office software and CRM systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
