Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM systems
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a polite and effective manner
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive, Call Center Agent, or similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory:Arabic is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills:
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Good time management and follow-up skills
Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
