We are looking for highly motivated Sales Professionals who can convert inbound Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads into paid enrollments for our online CAT coaching programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their MBA aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact fresh Meta leads:
Counsel students about:
CAT exam preparation strategy
- Course offerings, batches, and pricing
- Demo classes and free trials
- Convert warm and high-intent leads into paid enrollments
Handle objections related to:
Fees
- Time commitment
- Comparison with competitors
Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM:
Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets:
Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for feedback on lead quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
