We’re now looking for a Sales Negotiator & Progressor to join our friendly, driven team on a maternity cover basis, with a genuine opportunity for permanent employment for the right person.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position that sits at the heart of our sales operation. You’ll be responsible for both negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion, ensuring an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers alike.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Proactively progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agents
- Providing regular, clear updates to all parties
- Managing fall-through risks and resolving issues calmly and professionally
- Supporting viewings and general sales administration where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential estate agency sales and/or sales progression
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
- Confident managing multiple sales at different stages
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- A team player who takes pride in their work
Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Sales Progressor, or in a similar estate agency role is highly desirable.

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
