Site Supervisor Intern (Construction / Architecture )

We are looking for motivated interns who want real on-site exposure and hands-on learning.
As a Site Supervisor Intern, you will assist the project and site team in managing daily site activities. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in construction site operations, coordination, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist site supervisor in daily site operations and monitoring works
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Assist in site inspections, progress reporting, and documentation
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and work quality
- Attend site meetings and take basic notes / records
- Help resolve minor site issues under supervision
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in:
Construction Management
- Civil Engineering or related fields
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations
- Basic understanding of construction drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to use basic tools such as WhatsApp, Excel, or Google Docs
Internship Details
- Duration:3-6 months (flexible)
- Working Days:Monday - Friday / Site-based (may include Saturdays if required):
Location:Klang Valley:
Allowance:RM500/month
