Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Plan, write, and produce high-quality content (articles, social media posts, videos, and graphics) that educates the audience about our software solutions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Event Coverage: Attend industry events and exhibitions to capture content (photos/videos) and promote the company's presence live on social media.
- Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to create marketing materials (brochures, pitch decks, testimonials) that help close high-ticket deals.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of best practices, viral trends, and competitor marketing activities to ensure our brand stays relevant.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance (views, engagement, leads). Report on marketing effectiveness to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Marketing Executive, or relevant role (1-3 years preferred).
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in English (and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus). Good copywriting skills and knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a bonus).
- Soft Skills: Fast learner, creative, and has a detail-oriented approach. Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel for event coverage (if applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
