We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations for our retail business. The role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound stock, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations and daily activities
- Monitor stock receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with retail outlets, logistics, and suppliers
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Prepare basic reports on stock movement and warehouse performance
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage work schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor (Retail preferred)
- 3+ years experienced as warehouse supervisor / manager
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Able to work independently and lead a small team
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory system is a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and physically fit
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
