MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Support the Training Manager with monthly reports and learning documentation.
Conduct internal training section and orientation for new employees
Coordinate with external training provider for special course (fire safety, technical skill...)
Maintain accurate training records and generate regular report
Support implementation of service excellence
Collaborate in developing SOP training and certification process
Assist in organizing internal training sessions and staff engagement activities.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
College or university degree in Hospitality or related field
At least 1-2 years experience in similar role within hospitality industry
Strong communication, presentation
Good organization
Ability to deliver training in both English & Vietnamese
Knowledge of customer service, hotel SOPs
