We are a small, collaborative team that works remotely with clients across the UK and internationally.

Job Summary

We’re hiring a full-time remote Interior Designer / Interior Architect with proven experience in F&B interior design. You’ll be involved in all project stages—from concept to technical drawings—for restaurants, cafés, and other hospitality venues, as well as high-end residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design development for F&B projects (restaurants, cafés, etc.)
  • Create concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E schedules
  • Prepare technical drawings (layouts, elevations, joinery, lighting)
  • Collaborate with kitchen designers, branding teams, and contractors
  • Design for spatial flow, functionality, and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with design briefs, timelines, and UK regulations
  • Support residential and commercial interiors as needed
  • Organise and manage online meetings with clients:

  • Participate in virtual team reviews and design sessions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience with a focus on F&B interiors:

  • Strong portfolio with built hospitality projects

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign); Revit is a plus:

  • Excellent design sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection, own laptop/PC, and access to required design software

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UK-based projects and building standards
  • Knowledge of kitchen layouts, BOH planning, and licensing for F&B
  • Interest in sustainable design and material sourcing
  • Familiarity with remote tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, Trello)
