- Oversees the entire production process.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of products.
- Involves managing resources effectively, including labor, machinery, and raw materials, to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Responsible for working with Department Managers in improving process flow and eliminating waste within their department to achieve production output and quality goals.
- Responsible for developing new and improved methods for increasing material yields and reducing material waste.
- Prepare Job Order files and production schedules &Prepare material requirements
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers by take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment with an emphasis on reducing recordable injuries.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture, interior design, or related field).
- 2-5+ years of experience in the woodworks (flooring, furniture and architectural woodworks like doors, wood cladding, bathroom units, ceilings
- Work with AutoCAD
- Proficiency using Microsoft excel
- Good knowledge in mathematics, and good communicating skills
