What you will do:
- Define and drive the overall design strategy and direction for Zalo Platforms, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and user-centric experience;
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX discovery and solution design for key product initiatives;
- Design and develop the user interface on iOS/ Android platforms;
- Establish and evolve design success metrics (usability, adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact) to ensure design decisions are outcome-driven;
- Build and optimize collaboration workflows between Design, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders in a product-led environment;
- Develop and maintain UX assets: user personas, journey maps, user feedback loops, and the design system.
What you will need:
- 5+ years working experience in mobile design;
- Working knowledge of user research, usability testing (using observation tool, evaluating user interface & appraising mockups user before releasing to the market);
- Skills of designing & prototype interfaces;
- Good at layout balancing & grid system;
- Familiar with wire-frame, user-flow designing;
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
