the Job Overview:The individual should have the ability to follow and maintain the philosophy and ethos of the preschool. Reporting to the Founders and Centrehead.
- Observation and evaluation of children on a regular basis
- Understanding children's needs and giving the required support to each child students' reports:
- Weekly and daily planning -class wise
Conducting individual meetings with parents as and when required for a specific purpose. Conducting individual meeting with parents (IMP) twice a year:
Planning field trips
- Timely distribution of circulars and notices to children
- Co-coordinating daily activities and routine with co-teachers
Preparation and organizing of all the classroom activities of each day Full participation in all the classroom activities as per the plan:
Rearranging the classroom and the material at the end of the day
- Creating appropriate board display
Creating new teaching learning materials, work cards and worksheets. Observation of children during the admission process:
Informing the head teacher regarding the need for any repairs in the classroom Supporting the trainee teachers during their practical training:
Maintaining students' records
- Taking on the responsibility in allotted areas
- Informing person in charge/ head/head teacher regarding requisition of supplies and teaching material
- Repair and maintenance of teaching and learning material
- Maximizing use of material
Creating new teaching learning materials, work cards, worksheets and powerpoints Referring the parent to the Centre Head in special cases:
Attending all coordination meetings
Requirements:
- Early childhood degree and or certification is a must
- Needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Regularity and punctuality is very essential in school
- Timings: 8.00am to 3.00pm/8.00am to 4.00pm_
