Job Specifications:
Qualification : B.Pharmacy /M.Pharmacy
Experience : 5 to 6 years
Location : Medipally, Uppal
Planning and execution of stock checking activities.
Communicate to the purchase department about requirements.
Maintain efficient and effective material handling system.
To verify cash good receiving notes for cash memos
To verify good receiving notes are prepared for the material which had come with purchase order
Consignment goods received notes are prepared for the material which does not come with purchase order
All the GRN’s will be sent to accounts department.
Emergency stock will be arranged immediately through purchase department
Making the material requisition to purchase department as per schedule
Monitoring on slow moving and non moving items
Follow up for RDC’s (returnable delivery Chillan
Informing to the purchase department for priority of items and pending items follow up
Quality and quantity verification.
If the stock is rejected by the respective departments due to quality immediately the stock will be returned to the vender with issuance of gate pass
Maintaining re-order level.
