As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
• Maintain an organised workspace and manage time effectively especially in busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Skills:

• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes for both the company and customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with attention to detail in managing customer information and sales data.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
• A willingness to learn, with ongoing manufacturer product training provided to enhance your knowledge on the products we sell.
• Hold a valid driving licence and able to drive a transit van.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and you must be available on Saturday mornings during our busy period.
