Job Title:
Business Development Executive (BDE) - Interior Designer
Industry: Interior Design & Furnishing
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office + Site Visits (as required)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for interior design projects (Residential & Commercial)
- Handle walk-in and inbound client inquiries, understand requirements, and propose suitable design solutions
- Coordinate with design, vendor, and execution teams for smooth project closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM / lead data
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in interior sales / business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of interior materials, layouts, and costing
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in interior design / furnishing industry
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused
- No travel
