We are hiring a Telecaller for payment follow-up calls. The role mainly involves calling customers, pharmacies, distributors, and suppliers to track outstanding payments and resolve payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups.
- Track outstanding accounts and pending payments.
- Follow up regularly on overdue invoices.
- Inform customers about pending dues and expected payment timelines.
- Update payment status and call remarks in records.
- Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to the senior team.
- Handle basic billing queries or payment-related concerns professionally.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
